Meet Vicky

Vicky Costantini stands out as one of the Bay Area’s leading real estate agents, with over two decades of experience. A Redwood City native, Vicky's deep ties to the community and her extensive network have been instrumental in her success. Consistently recognized by Realtrends as a top California Realtor®, Vicky has built a reputation for excellence.

She and her husband, Oscar, have been married for 25 years and have raised their three children in the Emerald Hills neighborhood, actively participating in their education at local public schools. Their family remains engaged with Woodside High School, where their children graduated, and their extended family continues to be involved.

Vicky's career began in banking, with roles at institutions like Great Western, Washington Mutual, and Eureka Bank. Her transition to real estate in 2005 was a natural progression, given her background in lending and her upbringing in a construction family. Since then, she has successfully built a significant portfolio of homes sold throughout the Peninsula. Outside of real estate, Vicky enjoys traveling to Italy, where her husband's family owns a summer home, and spending weekends in Arnold, California. She loves cooking Italian and Cuban dishes and socializing with friends. Her fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian has been a valuable asset in her career.

A committed volunteer, Vicky is actively involved in organizations like Rotary, Elks, local theater, and various schools and city initiatives. Her family's tradition of community service runs deep, inspired by her father and grandfather's long-term commitments to charitable work. Vicky lives by her late grandfather’s words: “Without the selfless generosity of so many Americans, we would not be here. We must give back.” She currently serves on the San Francisco Archbishop's financial council and the St. Pius Women's Club.

Vicky's dedication to her clients and her reputation as an honest Realtor® are paramount. She proudly worked at Alain Pinel Woodside and Today's Sotheby’s San Carlos for six years each before joining Compass in 2019.
