"Better than the best. That's the only way I can think to describe our experience with Vicky and Enzo. In order of good to great, here is what I would expect of a Realtor®, then there's a good Realtor®, a great Realtor® and then there's the best I could imagine a Realtor® being, then there is Vicky. She's in her own class. I was a first-time home buyer in Silicon Valley. A totally daunting, overwhelming task. Thanks to Vicky, I bid on exactly 2 houses (instead of 20) and won my second bid (would have won the first bid if we had a Realtor® on the other side with 50% of Vicky's skills). And through both processes, Vicky patiently fielded dozens and dozens of panicked calls from me, who am I kidding, hundreds of calls (sorry, Vicky). She answered all my questions. She worked with the lender, worked with the agent on the other side, working with the seller, made suggestions, and found solutions. Always thoughtful, always patient, yet relentlessly hustling for my family. Unbelievable. But that is only the beginning of what Vicky did. The house we bought needed a ton of work before closing. So, Vicky acted as a constant liaison between the seller and ourselves, managing the work, overcoming issues, and finding solutions, tirelessly. She was a part-time general contractor, part-time financial advisor, part-time therapist, and full-time badass. But it didn't end there. When the house was delivered for pre-inspection, the sellers had left a few things unfinished, not as well done as they could have been (thanks Bay Area Real Estate seller market). In this hot market as a buyer, all my friends told me that I had to understand "this is how it is here and you have to live with it". So, we were going to close around it as we really don't have much choice, but it was a bummer. Vicky wouldn't let us be bummed, she sacrificed her own fees (without being asked) and paid out of her own pocket to fix all the issues. What? Who does that? In the Bay Area? If you want the best Realtor® in the Bay Area for your family. There is only one. Vicky and Enzo Costantini. P.S. After buying the home, we wanted to do some additional work on the kitchen and yard and a few other things. Vicky gave us referrals for each and everything. And her referrals were better and more economical than everything else we found. Unbelievable. I don't know how she does it. Amazing."
